One of the youngest blocks, this single block was planted in 2011, with the whole vineyard now in organic transition. Whole cluster fermented, co-fermented with 10% Chardonnay, foot stomped once daily for 7 days before being gently basket pressed and aged in neutral barrels for 8 months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered May 2020.
