Origin: Sagebrush Vineyard, Black Sage Bench, Okanagan Valley
A blend of organic Pinot Gris from Summerland, organic Golden Delicious Apples from Naramata and Muscat. Naturally fermented in a mixture of stainless steel, barriques, and puncheons. All aged on fermentation lees for 5 months. 20ppm of sulphur added after fermentation.
On the nose: fresh hay bales, dandelions, spring clover and ripe nectarines. On the palate: apricot, chamomile, quince and fresh mascarpone. Your go to wine for the rest of spring and summer!
Slight effervescence, so please keep in a cool place and serve nice and chilled!
