A collaboration we did exclusively with Published restaurant in Vancouver. The Riesling and Pinot Gris from Stoneface Vineyard were direct pressed and fermented in stainless steel with a pied de cuve. Aged 8 months on lees in neutral French oak. The Gewurztraminer was grown at Terrace Vineyard in Kaleden. Direct pressed, fermented and aged on gross lees for 8 months in neutral French 500L puncheons.
