Más Cerquita De Ti 2020

from CA$28.00
sold out

Type: Orange
Varietals: Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon
Origin: Mirror Lake Vineyard & Intersection Vineyard, Golden Mile Bench, Okanagan Valley

Hand harvested in late September, all of the varietals were fermented separately. The Riesling was fermented on the skins for five days, then basket pressed into a mixture of two year old and neutral oak. The Gewürztraminer was fermented on the skins for three days, then basket pressed into neutral oak. The Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon were foot stomped and left to soak on the skins overnight, and then basket pressed the next day into neutral and new 500L puncheons. Everything went through full malolactic fermentation, and was then blended in January before being put back to barrel to age for just about 8 months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
