Varietals: 53% Syrah, 27% Malbec, 18% Merlot, 2% Petit Verdot
Origin: Eagle's Nest Vineyard, Black Sage Bench, Okanagan Valley.
Gently de-stemmed, all varietals were fermented separately, with whole cluster fermentation for the Merlot and Syrah. Each wine was then blended and aged together for 18 months in neutral oak.
